Welcome to my site! I've been licensed in Arizona as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2006. Working with individuals have been so rewarding for me. It's truly a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they discover their worth, practice healthy boundaries and learn complete self acceptance.

My preferred Internal Family Systems. It has been very effective in helping individuals understand complex emotions. My sessions are supportive and I focus on making space for a client to explore their emotions while providing practical tools to address their concerns.
